Refund policy

1. Return Window
We accept return requests for defective and non-defective products within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email info@aheadlaax.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping the item back.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns
Items returned because you changed your mind must be unused, undamaged and complete, with all included parts, hardware and accessories. Use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging suitable for furniture. These condition requirements do not prevent a claim for an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, has a quality issue or is not what you ordered. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging. This prompt-reporting request does not shorten the 30-day return request window or limit rights provided by applicable law.

4. Return Instructions and Address
After reviewing your request, we will email return instructions and explain how to arrange the return shipment. Please obtain these instructions before sending the item back. Returns are handled by mail or carrier shipment. Keep the return tracking details until your refund is completed.

5. Return Shipping and Fees
Change-of-mind returns: The customer pays return shipping costs.
Confirmed damage, quality issues or incorrect items: Ahead Laax pays return shipping costs and provides a prepaid return label or arranges the return shipment.
Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge a restocking fee.

6. Refund Amount and Timing

We will inspect your returned item and email you our approval decision within 2 business days after receiving it. If your return is not approved, we will explain the reason.

Approved refunds include the amount paid for the returned product and applicable sales tax. No outbound shipping charge is deducted because standard shipping is free. Customer-paid shipping for a change-of-mind return is not refunded.

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 business days after approval. If your refund has not appeared by then, contact info@aheadlaax.com for assistance.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, request a return under this policy and place a separate order.

8. Order Cancellations
Contact info@aheadlaax.com within 24 hours of placing an order to request a change or cancellation. Approval depends on the order's fulfillment status. Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
