1. Store Information
Ahead Laax is operated by AHEAD LAAX INC. We sell desks and home office furniture through aheadlaax.com. These terms apply to purchases and use of our website, together with our Privacy, Shipping, Refund and Payment Policies.

2. Orders and Product Information
Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review product dimensions, materials, finishes and assembly details before ordering. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material error, we will contact you before making changes or cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.

3. Prices and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment. Payment must be successfully authorized before order processing. See our Payment Policy for details.

4. Changes and Cancellations
Email info@aheadlaax.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Requests depend on the order's fulfillment status and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, please follow our Refund Policy. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.

5. Shipping and Returns
Our Shipping Policy explains eligible destinations, free standard shipping and estimated delivery times. Our Refund Policy provides a 30-day return request window after delivery and explains return conditions, costs and refunds. These policies form part of your purchase terms.
